Raise an alert
If you need help, give the button on the alarm a short, sharp 1-second press.
Falls detection
If the alarm detects a fall it will automatically raise an alert.
Talk to us
MePACS will receive the alert and talk to you through the alarm to assess your situation.
If you do not respond on the alarm or on your mobile phone, we will send help.
Get help
We will send the right help to your location and check in with you until help arrives.
We will keep your contacts up to date as required.

Get help faster with
falls detection

What is falls detection?
Falls detection uses special motion sensors to monitor sudden, significant changes in movement and orientation that may indicate a hard fall.

No fall detection device is foolproof and slower movements, like a gradual slump or a fall cushioned by an object, may not trigger the motion sensors.
How does it work?
When a fall is detected, the alarm automatically sends an alert to the MePACS 24/7 emergency response team.
Once we receive the alert, we call you on the alarm to check if you are okay and send help to your location if needed.

The MePACS Mobile Alarm works on the 4G mobile network. It works anywhere in Australia where there is good 4G coverage.

Unfortunately, as with all mobile devices, in areas with no reception, like black spots, underground car parks, mountainous and rural areas, the alarm will not be able to connect to the network.
